My eBay policy:
Buyer should make sure what the hell you really want first before bidding on something.
Buyer should ask seller all major information (broken, loose, missing, fading, and yellowing) about items first before bidding on the items.
Buyer should ask the shipping fee first before bidding on the items.
Buyer should pay as soon as possible after won the items.
Buyer should leave the feedback first after received the item.
Buyer should contact seller first before issuing PayPal.

Seller should make sure stock is on hand before listing.
Seller should use actual currency. (If you in Hong Kong, what the hell you ask for British pound. Can't use eBay engine search for the lower price)
Seller should NOT charge extra shipping fee unless notice in the description. What fuck are you listing for only 0.99 cents buy it now price but charge 80 US to world wide from Hong Kong???  Sponge or Garbage?
Seller should name the actual location. (If item locate at Hong Kong, don't write United Kingdom, Canada or US.) Hong Kong is belonging to China!!!
Seller should describe all major information (broken, loose, missing, fading, and yellowing) about items.
Seller should actually describe the item. Seller should care using the terms. (If it's OK condition, don't say it's good. If it's good condition, don't say it's great. If it's great condition, don't say it's mint)
Seller should send the items as soon as possible after payment received.
Seller should careful packaging the items.
Seller should name the package as buyer asks to.
Seller should email buyer after package sent.
Seller should answer all the email from buyer as soon as possible.
Seller should call post office or agency if there is a problem on shipping.
Seller should leave the feedback after buyer left feedback.
